Saturday here in London means quality time with the boyfriend. We usually sleep in -to me that’s 11 a.m., to him that’s sometimes 4 p.m.-, have some food, and go into town. This saturday was no different. We got up around 11:30 and were out the door an hour and a half later. Unfortunately, by the time we got to our destination (a very special museum), we’d have scarce time to discover the place because of the line outside, so we decided to postpone it to next week. You will definitely hear about it then! The reason for us being so late was our loitering at Magma, a shop which rapidly became our favorite bookshop in the city. We did, however, walk around High Holborn and SoHo and had dinner at Vapiano… Another perfect day in paradise.
As you can see Magma has a wide selection of magazines and books, ranging from fashion, photography and art to architecture, advertising and graphic design. I come out of the store drooling every time. Anyone who likes visual things will not be able to resist this shop. Try to keep your cash in your pockets. I only bought 1 magazine this time: Tokion Factory.
